  • 摘要: 以中国国家电网公司葡萄牙能源网公司组织召开的未来变电站研讨会为基础,结合国内外的调研,对比分析了中欧智能变电站的发展思路和发展理念。文中介绍了研究背景,论述了中欧智能变电站的定义和内涵,分别从发展驱动力、发展理念、发展效益、发展重点和发展中存在的问题这五个方面对中欧智能变电站的发展进行了对比分析,讨论了中欧智能变电站的发展现状和今后的发展方向,同时也结合欧洲智能变电站的发展思路和理念,对中国智能变电站的后续发展提出了相关建议。

     

    Abstract: The development of smart substations in China and Europe is analyzed based on survey and discussion by the workshop ofSubstations of the Future"organized by the R&D Nester belonging to the State Grid Corporation of China and REN of Portugal.Firstly,the background is described;secondly,the definition of smart substation is presented,thirdly,the drive of development,the philosophy of smart substation,the benefit of smart substation,the focus and potential problems of development and construction of smart substation are discussed in detail.Then,the state of art and next step work of smart substation between China and Europe are presented.Finally,relevant suggestions for follow-up development of smart substations in China are made by referring to the concept of expansion of smart substations in Europe.
