智能电网调度控制系统综合智能告警研究及应用

Research on and Application of Integrated Smart Alarm Based on Smart Grid Dispatching and Control Systems

  • 摘要: 随着特高压电网的建设和新能源的快速发展,电网运行特性发生重大变化,现有调度自动化系统告警处理功能已不能适应特大电网一体化运行的发展要求,需要对调度实时监控中各个业务的告警信息进行综合处理,以提高调度对电网运行状态的整体感知能力,以及应对电网故障的紧急处置能力。文中结合智能电网调度控制系统综合智能告警功能的研发和应用,介绍了其整体架构、关键技术,形成了面向调度运行模式的综合告警、设备故障的在线快速诊断以及多级调度间的故障信息实时共享,并给出了示范应用效果以及未来研究展望。

     

    Abstract: With the construction of ultra-high voltage(UHV)power grid and the rapid development of new energy,significant changes have taken place in the operation characteristics of power grid.The alarm processing function of existing dispatching automation systems,however,has not been able to adapt to the development requirements of the integrated operation for the large-scale power grid,making it necessary to effect integrated processing of the alarm information on each operation of realtime monitoring and control in the dispatch center,while improving dispatcher ability of the overall awareness of power grid states and emergency handling of equipment faults.According to the research and application of integrated smart alarm function based on smart grid dispatching and control systems,the overall framework and key techniques of the integrated smart alarm are treated,to form the integrated alarm oriented to dispatch operation mode,online fast diagnosis of equipment faults and realtime sharing of fault information between multi-level dispatch centers.The application effect and future research prospects are given.
