Synthesis Method of Data Synchronization for Line Differential Protections Using Optical Fiber Self-cure Ring Networks

  • 摘要: 针对光纤自愈环网的特点,提出一种线路差动保护的综合同步方案。该方案以乒乓对时法为主判据,参考相量法为辅助判据,通过辅助判据判别自愈环网状态,并据此进行自适应的数据同步。当采用参考相量法同步时,增设了距离闭锁逻辑,以提高保护的可靠性。实时数字仿真(RTDS)试验结果表明,该方案可操作性强,性能可靠。

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristics of optical fiber self-cure ring networks,a synthesis synchronization method for line differential protections is proposed.The method uses the results of ping-pong method as the primary criterion and results of reference phasor method as the auxiliary criterion.The method proposed can implement self-adaptively data synchronization with the auxiliary criterion to distinguish the working state of self-cure ring network.When the reference phasor method is used to synchronize data,the distance blocking logic is added to improve the reliability of protection.Testing results of real-time data simulator(RTDS) show that the method is easy to operate and has reliable performance.
