有源配电网的智能分布式馈线自动化实现方法

A Method of Intelligent Distributed Feeder Automation for Active Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 对现有的馈线自动化(FA)模式进行了比较和分析,并针对有源配电网的特点,提出了一种基于有向节点配置方法和通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)高速通信处理机制的智能分布式FA实现方法。该方法结合功率方向保护元件与智能分布式对等网络(peer to peer)的通信特点,既满足了有源配电网FA的需求,又降低了故障处理过程对终端间通信信息的依赖问题;还提出了通道异常的后备处理机制,最大限度地避免了越级跳闸。基于以上智能分布式FA实现方法,结合IEC 61850标准化建模技术及GOOSE高速信息交互技术,采用双核CPU平台设计研制了新型智能配电终端装置。该装置可快速实现故障定位、故障隔离和供电恢复。目前,该装置已在全国多个重点工程中投入运行。

     

    Abstract: Existing modes of feeder automation(FA)are compared and analyzed first,and a method of intelligent distributed FA based on the directional node configuring method and generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE)high speed communication mechanism is proposed,which not only meets the demand of active distribution network,but also reduces the dependence on communication information between terminals during fault handling by means of the power direction protection element and the intelligent distributed peer-to-peer communication characteristics.Furthermore,a backup processing mechanism for channel failure with the capability of avoiding the override trip as much as possible is also proposed.A new type of power distribution terminal device is developed based on the above-mentioned intelligent distributed FA device with the capability of quickly realizing fault location,fault isolation and fault recovery is proposed using a dual-core CPU hardware platform and by referring to the standard modeling technology based on IEC 61850 and the high speed information sharing technology based on GOOSE.The device is currently in operation in several key projects in China.
