A Realization Scheme of Substation Area Control System Based on GOOSE Message in Station Level

  • 摘要: 提出并实现了基于站控层通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)的站域控制系统。该系统由间隔层装置、监控子系统和站域控制子系统3部分构成,实现了智能变电站内的备用电源自动投入(简称备自投)、过负荷联切、过负荷闭锁等站域控制功能,并利用已有的双冗余站控层网络传输GOOSE报文,有效提高了站域控制动作的实时性,可替代现已使用的各种备自投、过负荷联切等装置和系统,已在多个智能变电站中得到应用。

     

    Abstract: A substation area control system based on generic object oriented substation event(GOOSE) message at the station level is firstly proposed and realized.The proposed system consists of the bay device,monitor and control subsystem and substation area control subsystem.The system transfers GOOSE message of the station level by double redundant computer of manufacturing message specification(MMS) network at the station level,and realizes functions such as backup power automatic switching,overload cut-off,overload blocking in smart substations.The system enhances the real-time of substation area control actions,and could replace devices and systems such as backup power automatic switching and overload cut-off.This system has been applied in many smart substations.
