考虑需求响应的含风电电力系统的优化调度

Optimal Dispatch for Wind Power Integrated Systems Considering Demand Response

  • 摘要: 建立了考虑电价响应和用户满意度的含风电电力系统优化调度新模型。该新模型融入电价响应这一用电调度方式来优化调整次日的负荷曲线,以降低风电的反调峰特性和间歇性对优化调度的影响,同时通过引入用户用电满意度约束,确保所做出的调整让用户满意。该模型改变了一味通过协调优化发电侧资源去配合风电并网的传统模式,形成了发电资源和负荷资源共同协调优化配合风电并网的新模式。算例分析表明,所提出的考虑需求响应的含风电电力系统的优化调度模型,可以在满足用户用电满意度的前提下,降低系统运行费用,特别是大幅降低了机组的启停费用,提高了含风电电力系统运行的经济性。

     

    Abstract: A novel optimal dispatch model is presented for wind power integrated systems.Compared with conventional models,the proposed model considers the customerspower consumption response to the electric power prices and customerssatisfaction constraints.The next days load profile is optimally adjusted by the electricity price response.The adjustment will improve the wind generation impact on optimal dispatch caused by anti-peak-shaving and intermittence of wind generation.Moreover,the customerssatisfaction is introduced to ensure that the adjustment will indeed satisfy the customers.This model coordinates generation resources and load resources to jointly optimize the integration of the wind generation rather than merely emphasize the generation resources as done by the conventional models.Case studies show that the proposed optimal dispatch model is able to reduce the system operation cost,especially the unit commitment cost while improving the economical operation of power systems integrated with wind generation.
