Research and Realization of Test Technology for Energy Storage Station Interconnecting to Power Grid

  • 摘要: 随着储能技术及大型储能电站建设的不断发展,亟待对储能电站进行并网测试以保证其并网后安全运行。首先根据储能电站构成,分析了并网测试指标及具体测试方法;其次,在保证被测储能系统完整性的前提下,研制开发了储能电站并网一体化测试平台,并详细介绍了该平台的软硬件开发及功能设计方案;最后,基于测试平台工程应用场景,介绍了测试装置现场接线方式,提出了储能电站并网测试实施方案。实际工程应用表明了所提出的测试平台及测试方案的可行性。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of energy storage technology and the construction of large-scale energy storage power station, the test of energy storage station is necessary for further study to ensure the safety and normal operation after interconnecting to power grid. Firstly, test indicators and specific testing methods are analyzed based on the configuration of energy storage station. Then,an integrated test bench is developed based on the integrity of energy storage station and the interconnecting network. The hardware architecture and program structure of the proposed test bench and the function design are described in detail. Finally, according to the project scenario of test bench, the wiring diagram of test devices is described and the implementation of the test program is proposed.The practical application shows the feasibility of the proposed test bench and its supporting program.
