Generation Scheduling Model and Application for Wind-thermal Power System Considering Security Constraints

  • 摘要: 在安全约束经济调度(SCED)模型的基础上,引入风功率弃风分段惩罚因子,建立了考虑电网安全的风电火电协调优化调度模型。模型优先消纳风电,但允许在某些情况下弃风,以保证电网安全和调峰要求。利用某省级电力系统算例对该模型进行测试。算例分析表明,模型能协调优化常规发电机组与风电机组的出力,优先消纳风电。当电网不能全额消纳风电时,可按照事先制定的弃风原则对各风电场进行有序弃风,以满足电网安全约束,保证安全断面不越限。

     

    Abstract: Based on the security constrained economical dispatch model,ageneration scheduling model for the wind-thermal power system is presented by introducing the wind curtailment penalty factor.The model integrates the wind power preferentially,but allows shedding the wind power in certain circumstances to ensure the security of the grid.A case study of aprovincial power system in China is used to test the model.The results show that it is able to coordinate optimizing the wind power generation and the thermal units output and give priority to wind power.When the grid is not able to accommodate all the wind power,it should be shed in order on all wind farms in accordance with the prior formulated wind curtailing principles to meet the grid’s security constraints while ensuring that the security cross-section will be within limits.
