电动汽车非车载充电机充电模块的研制

摘要: 介绍了一种采用LLC串联谐振控制的500V/25A电动汽车非车载充电机充电模块的总体设计方案,给出了该充电模块主电路、控制电路等关键电路。阐述了一种解决串联谐振变换器在空载或轻载时输出电压上升的方法,定量地给出了3种不同工作频率下充电模块的输入电压、开关频率以及输出电压等参数之间的关系式。在一台12.5kW原理样机上的实验表明,充电模块所有开关管实现了零电压开关,空载损耗低于20W,满载效率可达96%,所有性能参数完全满足电动汽车的充电要求。Abstract: An overall scheme for a LLC series resonant control based 500 V/25 A charging module of off-board charger for electric vehicles is described.The main circuit topology and control circuit topology in this module are also given.A method of resolving the problem of module output voltage increasing under non-load or small load is provided,and the relationship between such parameters as the input voltage,switching frequency and output voltage of this module at different working frequencies is detailed.Experimental results on a 12.5 kW prototype show that all switches have realized zero voltage switching(ZVS) and a high efficiency of 96% can be obtained,with the performance completely meeting the design requirements.
