南方电网低频振荡控制策略探讨

Discussion on Control Strategy for Low Frequency Oscillation in China Southern Power Grid

  • 摘要: 南方电网是典型的(特)超高压、远距离、大容量、交直流混合运行的电网,安全稳定问题复杂,近年来低频振荡事故时有发生。研究南方电网的低频振荡控制策略具有十分重要的意义。文中总结了近年来南方电网各类低频振荡事故,介绍南方电网低频振荡事故处理原则和控制技术手段,采用特征值法分析南方电网丰大方式下的振荡模态,分析比较了调度员采用的低频振荡控制措施的应用效果,指出各类控制措施分别适用于特定的故障类型,有助于进一步提高调度员处理低频振荡事故的能力。

     

    Abstract: China Southern Power Grid(CSG) is a typical power grid with ultra-high voltage level,long-distance transmission,large capacity and hybrid AC/DC operation mode that has led to a complicated stability problem.As a result,low frequency oscillation incidents have occasionally taken place in recent years.The research on the control strategy for low frequency oscillation in CSG is of particular importance.A review is made of various kinds of recent low frequency oscillation faults in CSG,the principles of handling and technical method for their control.Based on the eigen-value analysis method,the oscillation types in summer peak operation mode in CSG are analyzed and the effects of low frequency oscillation control methods used by system operators are compared.The control strategy applicable to each specific oscillation mode is pointed out to further improve the system operator’s skill at dealing with low frequency oscillation faults.
