智能变电站设计配置一体化功能规范研究及工具开发
Functional Specification Study on Integration of Configuration and Design in Smart Substation and Corresponding Tool Development

摘要: 随着智能变电站的推广,现有的智能变电站设计工具和系统配置工具已经无法满足用户日益增长的需求。文中在总结现有系统配置工具功能的基础上,提出了设计配置一体化工具的功能规范,结合智能变电站系统配置的应用场景,提出了构成该工具的4个子系统,并对其功能进行了详细的阐述。最后,对设计和配置实践中的一些难点问题进行了分析,并给出了解决思路。Abstract: With the promotion of the smart substation,the existing design and configuration tools for smart substation have been unable to meet the ever-increasing demand of the users.On the basis of summarizing functions of the existing configuration tools,this paper puts forward a tool functional specification for the integration of design and configuration.With reference to several application scenarios of smart substation configuration,the four subsystems involved in the configuration tool are proposed,while details of tool functions are described.Finally,several difficulties in the practice of design and configuration are analyzed and some related solutions are given.
