基于改进二次规划算法的新能源同质报价现货市场出清模型

摘要: 随着风电、光伏发电成本的优势日益凸显,高比例新能源参与的现货市场出清过程中出现了因机组相同报价导致的多最优解问题。多解问题会导致现货市场出清结果具有随机性,难以事后复盘分析,给电力市场运行带来风险。文中基于中国甘肃现货市场建设背景,采用两阶段二次规划均衡比例模型,实现相同报价机组按中长期结算电量比例均衡出力。通过二次规划对均衡比例目标进行量化,采用两阶段出清严格区分现货市场环境下的系统运行经济性和安全性目标的优先级。最后,利用甘肃现货市场结算试运行实际数据验证了所提出清模型的有效性。Abstract: With the increasingly prominent advantage of wind power and photovoltaic power generation costs, the problem of multiple optimal solutions caused by the same price of the unit group appears during the clearing process of the spot market with a high proportion of renewable energy. Multi-solution problems will lead to the randomness of clearing results in the spot market,which is difficult to analyze after the event and brings risks to the operation of the electricity market. Based on the construction background of Gansu spot market in China, this paper adopts a two-stage quadratic planning equilibrium proportional model,which realizes the balanced output of units with the same quoted price according to the mid-and long-term settlement electricity ratio. The model quantifies the balanced ratio target through quadratic planning, and uses two-stage clearing to strictly distinguish the operation economy of the system and the priority of safety goals in the spot market environment. Finally, the actual data of the settlement trial operation in Gansu spot market is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed clearing model.
