Steady-state Analysis on Inter-turn Short Circuit Fault of Stator Windings in Doubly-fed Induction Generators

  • 摘要: 定子绕组匝间短路故障是双馈式感应发电机常见故障之一。文中分析了发生匝间短路故障时的电磁特性变化规律,建立了双馈式感应发电机的定子绕组正常和发生匝间短路故障时的多回路数学模型,对正常情况和不同程度匝间短路故障情况进行了仿真计算。对仿真结果进行了深入研究,分别对定子侧电流和转子侧电流进行频谱分析,总结了正常情况和不同程度匝间短路故障情况下的谐波变化规律,证明了通过特定频率信号监测双馈式感应发电机运行状况和进行故障诊断的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Inter-turn short circuit fault of stator windings is one of the common faults of doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG).The change law of electromagnetic properties is analyzed when inter-turn short circuit fault occurs.A multi-loop math model is built for stator winding of DFIG under normal and inter-turn short circuit fault conditions.Then the simulations under normal and various degrees of inter-turn short circuit fault conditions are completed.By deeply analyzing the simulation results,the spectrum analysis is made for the stator-side and rotor-side currents,and the harmonics variation is summarized under normal and various degrees of inter-turn short circuit fault conditions.The feasibility is verified that monitoring the operation condition of DFIG and fault diagnosis can be achieved with the special frequency signal.
