Abstract:
With the continuous increase in the proportion of distributed energy resources connected to the distribution network and the gradual improvement of the distributed power generation market, massive dispersed flexible resources will play a huge role in the power grid dispatch.Aiming at prosumers who aggregate multi-type distributed energy resources,a distributed transaction and revenue allocation scheme considering uncertain factors is proposed for multi-market products of prosumers including electric energy, carbon emission right and reserve capacity.Firstly, taking into account the operational constraints of the distribution network,a distributed transaction model of prosumers for electric energy, carbon emission right and reserve capacity is constructed.Secondly, considering the uncertainty of distributed photovoltaic power generation within prosumers,a robust model and an opportunity model of prosumers based on the information gap decision theory are established. Then,a market clearing model and a revenue allocation scheme for prosumers based on the generalized Nash bargaining are proposed to allocate the revenues of prosumers from distributed transactions. Finally, simulation cases are used to verify that the proposed method can ensure fair allocation of revenues among prosumers while balancing the economy and security.
