智能变电站架构下的低频低压减载装置技术思路

Technical Ideas of Low Frequency and Low Voltage Load Shedding Devices in Smart Substation Architecture

  • 摘要: 传统低频低压减载装置出口回路采用开环控制,无法识别所切线路状态引起的隐性故障,且不具备精确切负荷功能。在对目前工程上应用的低频低压减载装置功能分析的基础上,解释了传统变电站中减载装置精确切负荷功能及识别线路状态在工程上不可行的原因。在智能变电站的架构下,通过接入通用面向对象变电站事件(GOOSE)解决装置无法识别线路状态的问题;同时拓展GOOSE的应用范围,运用GOOSE传送线路功率,提出了一种实现精确切负荷功能的新方法,满足低频低压减载装置技术升级的要求。

     

    Abstract: Traditional low frequency and low voltage load shedding devices adopt the open loop control in device outlet circuits,which is unable to identify the hidden failures cased by the state of shedding lines and doesn’t have the function of precise load shedding.Based on an analysis of low frequency and low voltage load shedding devices,the reasons for the infeasibility of precise load shedding and line state identification in the traditional transformer substation are explained.In the smart substation architecture,by accessing of generic object-oriented substation event(GOOSE),the line state identification problem is solved.At the same time,with the application range of the GOOSE expanded and the power flow transmitted by GOOSE,a new method of precise load shedding is presented,which can meet the requirements of technology upgrading in low frequency and low voltage load shedding devices.
