Design of Smart Grid Oriented Adaptive Planning System

  • 摘要: 从智能电网发展要求及区域电网规划体系的角度,对现行区域电网规划工作进行分析。把经济管理学科的理论与电网规划工作相结合,考虑并平衡了电网性能最优、效率最高、社会效益最大和成本最低四大目标因素,提出了面向智能电网的区域电网多适应性规划体系。引入多因素三级生产函数,建立了全系统综合效益指数模型,以指导和评估电网规划课题的研究与探索。最后介绍了多环节、多阶段、多目标、有完善反馈机制的规划流程。

     

    Abstract: The current regional power grid planning is analyzed in the perspective of smart grid development and regional power grid planning system.By combining the theory of economy management in system way with the practice of power grid planning and taking into consideration the balance among the four major factors of power grid performance,power grid efficiency,social benefits and cost of electricity network,an adaptive power grid planning system for smart grid is proposed.The three-stage production function with multiple factors is adopted to build the synthetic effectiveness index of the total electric network system(SEITENS) to guide the research of power grid planning topics.A multi-phase,multi-section,multi-target planning procedure with perfect feedback mechanism is described.
