Cyber Physical System Risk Assessment of Distribution Network Considering Communication Failure of Multi-agent System for Power Restoration

  • 摘要: 提出一种考虑多代理供电恢复系统通信失效的配电网信息物理系统(CPS)风险评估方法。该方法将整个供电恢复过程分解为多个包含输入和输出的子任务,当通信系统失效时,依赖于失效通信链路的子任务将输出无效值,进而影响供电恢复的效果。通过计算不同供电恢复系统失效状态下的负荷缺额、恢复容量以及各个状态的概率,可以得到供电恢复后的电力不足期望值,并据此构建配电网CPS风险评价指标。通过计算并比较风险指标对各条通信链路丢包率的灵敏度大小,可以确定关键通信链路,并指出在通信系统的设计中应差异化提升这些通信链路的可靠性。最后,通过典型算例验证了所述方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents an approach to assessing the risk of cyber physical systems for distribution network considering communication failure in multi-agent system for power restoration.The proposed approach decomposes the entire power restoration process into multiple sub-tasks with inputs and outputs.When the communication system fails,sub-tasks that depend on the failed communication links will output an invalid value and will further influence the effect of power restoration.The expected loss of load of each failure state of power restoration system can be acquired by calculating the power shortage,recovery capacity and probability of each state.Hence the risk indicator of the cyber physical system for distribution network is established.The key communication links can be determined by calculating and comparing the sensitivities of the risk indicator to the packet loss ratio of each communication link.The reliability of the key communication links should be particularly enhanced during the design stage of communication system.Finally,the proposed approach is validated with a typical test distribution system.
