Realization and Application of Peer-to-peer IEC 61850-9-2 Sampled Value Transmission in Digital Substation Protections

  • 摘要: 提出了一种支持点对点方式进行IEC 61850-9-2采样数据传输的硬件系统设计方法。数字化变电站过程层采样值传输可采用组网方式或点对点方式。采用点对点方式进行IEC 61850-9-2采样值传输,保持了IEC 61850-9-2通道配置灵活、互操作性高的特点,避免了采用组网方式后必须依赖于全站时钟同步且受交换机可靠性影响的弊端,而且通道延迟固定,可靠性更高。500kV浙江兰溪变电站智能化改造工程中,应用了基于该技术的IEC 61850-9-2点对点方式进行采样值传输。

     

    Abstract: A hardware system designed to support the peer-to-peer Ethernet is presented.Sampled datum transferring on process level in digital substation can be employed in either networking mode or peer-to-peer mode.In networking mode,a stable unified clock source for whole substation is necessary,and the substation always takes risks of clock source and the integrity of the network.When transferring IEC 61850-9-2 data frames in peer-to-peer mode,it will take the benefits of flexible configuration and high compatibility of IEC 61850-9-2,and provides much more reliability for the protection system with fixed data transferring delay.In 500 kV Lanxi substation upgrade project,the peer-to-peer IEC 61850-9-2 sampled value is applied.
