CIM-based Information Model for Power Grid Enterprise Asset Management and Its Application

  • 摘要: 从复杂信息系统建设的规律出发,基于IEC 61970/61968的公共信息模型(CIM),阐释了资产信息模型理论,分析了电力系统资源与资产的区别;提出了电力信息建模的原则和方法,并据此扩展资产信息模型,包括资产基础模型和工作模型,其中资产基础模型详尽描述了设备台账对象,而工作模型概括了主要设备维修活动涉及的基础数据;介绍了资产模型的各种应用,如用于资产数据库设计、资产分类与编码设计,并理清资产与功能位置的关系、资产管理与物资和财务管理的关联集成。

     

    Abstract: In the overall plan for the smart grid by State Grid Corporation,the life-cycle asset management(EAM) system is the main part of the development of state grid enterprise resource planning(ERP).From the point of view of construction rules of the complex information system,based on the IEC 61970/61968 common information model(CIM),the asset information model theory is described and the difference between power system resources and asset is analyzed.The disciplines and methods for the electric power information modeling are presented and used to extend to the asset information model.The asset information model includes the base model and operation model,of which the former describes equipment records while the latter covers the inspection and maintenance data.Various applications of the asset model are discussed,such as asset database design,asset classification and coding design.Moreover,the integration scheme of asset management with materials and financial management is roughly studied.
