低压直流配电网主动限流控制及保护方案

Active Current-limiting Control and Protection Scheme for Low-voltage DC Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 低压直流配电网直接面向电力用户,其短路故障对供电可靠性造成严重影响。电力电子变压器具备主动限流能力,能够改善低压直流配电网的故障运行性能。文中针对低压直流配电网短路故障,提出了一种电力电子变压器的主动限流控制方法。结合各类低压直流变换器的接口特点,分析了电流故障分量的方向性特征。基于此,构建了低压直流配电网的保护方案。该方案无须借助通信系统和附加边界元件,能适用于不同的电网结构。仿真试验验证了主动限流控制方法及保护方案的正确性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: Low-voltage DC(LVDC) distribution network directly faces power users, and its short-circuit fault seriously affects the reliability of power supply. The power electronic transformer has the ability of active current-limiting, which can improve the fault operation performance of LVDC distribution network. Aiming at the short-circuit fault of LVDC distribution network, an active current-limiting control method for power electronic transformers is proposed. Combined with the interface characteristics of various LVDC converters, the directional characteristics of current fault components are analyzed. Based on this, the protection scheme of LVDC distribution network is constructed. The scheme can be applied to different power grid structures without the help of communication system and additional boundary elements. Simulation tests verify the correctness and effectiveness of the active current-limiting control method and protection scheme.
