Fault Analysis of DC Power Reverse Protections of Baoji HVDC Converter Station

  • 摘要: 在简要介绍宝鸡换流站直流电压测量系统结构和相关保护原理的基础上,对某次直流系统闭锁的原因进行了详细的分析。分析表明:此次直流系统闭锁过程中相关保护动作行为正确,直流分压器二次测量装置的测量异常是引起直流系统闭锁的直接原因;同时,直流保护采取启动判断加动作出口的配置方式虽然可以防止因直流保护误动作而引起的系统闭锁,但保护采样装置的回路结构和硬件设备应采取完全独立的冗余配置,否则仍可能导致直流保护的误动作。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of brief introduction of DC voltage measurement system structure and protection principle concerned of Baoji high voltage director current(HVDC) converter station,the reason of DC system protection mal-action is deeply analyzed in detail.The analysis shows that the protection action concerned is correct,but the abnormal operation of the measure device of direct current voltage divider directly causes pole blocked.In order to prevent the protection malfunction,the measuring device should be redundant and completely independent from the protection of the loop structure and hardware configuration.
