Model Coordination Design Between Digital Substations and Control Center Based on UCIM

  • 摘要: 构建基于融合了变电站配置描述语言(SCL)与公共信息模型(CIM)的统一公共信息模型(UCIM)的软件系统,协同管理数字化变电站与控制中心模型,利用数字化变电站模型自动构建控制中心电网模型,通过抽象通信服务接口访问数字化变电站实时数据,实现数字化变电站与控制中心之间静态模型及实时数据的无缝集成。

     

    Abstract: A new software system based on the uniform common information model(UCIM) and substation configuration descriptive language(SCL) has been developed.The power grid model used by the control center is automatically built from the model of digital substations,and real-time data is retrieved through the Abstract communication service interface(ASCI).The static model and real-time data between the digital substations and the control center are seamlessly integrated.
