三相LCL型逆变器序阻抗简化建模方法及并网稳定性分析

  • 摘要: 随着分布式电源大量接入电网,配电网呈现明显的电力电子化趋势。作为功率变换接口的逆变器,其与电网的交互稳定性问题不可忽视。对三相并网逆变器进行合理的阻抗建模是分析并网系统稳定性和谐振特性的前提,谐波线性化方法作为物理意义明确的阻抗建模方法受到广泛关注。以三相LCL型逆变器为研究对象,建立了典型锁相环的谐波线性化模型,获得了表征频率耦合效应的阻抗矩阵。基于此,提出一种谐波线性化简化建模方法,对采用典型电容电流反馈控制策略的三相LCL型逆变器进行了阻抗建模。进一步,计及电网阻抗与逆变器阻抗矩阵的交互作用,对多输入多输出系统模型进行变换,获得了适用于稳定性判据的单输入单输出正负序阻抗模型。最后,基于PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台验证了所提谐波线性化简化建模方法及相应阻抗模型的准确性和其用于稳定性分析的有效性。

     

    Abstract: With a large number of distributed generators connected to the power grid, the distribution network shows an obvious trend of power electronization. As a power conversion interface, the interactive stability of the inverter with the power grid can not be ignored. Reasonable impedance modeling of the three-phase grid-connected inverter is the premise of analyzing the stability and resonance characteristics of grid-connected systems. Harmonic linearization method has been widely concerned as an impedance modeling method with clear physical meaning. Taking the three-phase LCL inverter as the research object, the harmonic linearization model of typical phase-locked loop is established, and the impedance matrix characterizing the frequency coupling effect is obtained. On this basis, a simplified modeling method of harmonic linearization is proposed to model the impedance of three-phase LCL inverter with the typical capacitive current feedback control strategy. Furthermore, considering the interaction between the grid impedance and the inverter impedance matrix, the multi-input multi-output system model is transformed, and a single-input single-output positive and negative sequence impedance model suitable for the stability criterion is obtained. Finally,based on the PSCAD/EMTDC simulation platform, the accuracy of the proposed simplified harmonic linearization modeling method and the corresponding impedance model and the effectiveness for stability analysis are verified.
