  • 摘要: 电动汽车充电设施接入电网是一种特殊的业扩报装。分析了电动汽车充电设施接入电网需要考虑的主要因素。考虑中压配电网供电可靠性、电能质量以及电动汽车储能的特性等因素,对具有反向放电能力的电动汽车充电站直接接入或者紧邻110kV变电站充当备用电源、接入环网联络点充当短时备用电源、与特别重要的负荷并联运行并充当应急电源等几种比较典型的电动汽车充电设施接入电网方案进行了综合分析,总结了各种典型方案的优缺点及其适用范围。

     

    Abstract: Electric vehicle charging infrastructure connected to a distribution network is a particular business expansion.The main factors affecting the schemes of electric vehicle charging infrastructure connected to a distribution network are analyzed.Considering power supply reliability,voltage quality of middle voltage distribution networks and the characteristics of energy storage of electric vehicles,a comprehensive analysis is made of several typical schemes of electric vehicle charging infrastructure connected to a distribution network,such as charging stations connected or adjacent to 110 kV substations as standby power,charging stations connected to the tie point in the looped distribution network as short-term standby power,charging stations parallel with the especially important load as emergency power.Advantages and disadvantages of these schemes are analyzed,and the scopes of possible applications are summarized.
