Pulse Width Modulation Strategy of Nine-switch Converter

  • 摘要: 相对于传统的背靠背式十二开关变换器结构,九开关变换器结构在开关数目上减少了25%,在变换器的成本、体积方面体现出了自身的优势。文中详细介绍了新型九开关变换器的脉宽调制策略,并总结了九开关变换器的无死区调制方法。在此基础上,提出一种新型交叉调制方法,解决了原有脉宽调制方式在调制深度方面的不足,并以六开关单相变换器结构为例进行了仿真分析。

     

    Abstract: In contrast to the traditional back-to-back 12-switch AC/DC/AC converter,the 9-switch converter exhibits its merits in lower manufacturing cost and smaller size by saving 25percent switches.The sinusoidal pulse width modulation(PWM) schemes for the 9-switch converter including the dead-time free PWM method is described at length.Besides,a novel cross modulation strategy for the single-phase 6-switch converter is proposed,which can enhance the modulation depth significantly as seen from the simulation results presented.
