Smart Hydropower Station Oriented Real-time Automatic Inspection Approach for On-line Monitoring States and Its Application

  • 摘要: 巡检是保障水电站安全的重要手段。文中在总结水电站巡检方法的基础上,根据系统构成与行为关系模型,利用在线监测系统纵向追忆和横向关联的优势,提出了综合状态和性能的巡检分析方法。该方法在智能水电站一体化信息平台下,首先通过有效性检查及冗余切换对数据进行甄别与容错;然后,一方面自动采用动态阈值分析与相似影响因子趋势分析检测系统状态异常,另一方面通过宏试验或根据经验模型自动计算系统执行任务的性能指标,并检测性能越限及性能降低程度;最后,根据状态及性能检测结果,发出报警信息;同时,通过数据关联与数据同步,有效提升了状态数据的关联性,进而为故障诊断提供决策支持。基于该方法开发的智能化巡检系统已应用于葛洲坝电站。

     

    Abstract: Inspection is an important means of ensuring the safety of hydropower stations.On the basis of summarizing the manual inspection method of hydropower stations and abiding by the system description and relationships model,an inspection approach considering both states and performance is proposed by taking advantage of transverse correlation and longitudinal recalling of on-line monitoring systems.Within the integrated information platform of the smart hydropower station,the state data are firstly identified and corrected by validity check and redundant switch.The abnormalities of states are then detected by dynamic threshold analysis and trend analysis of similar impact factors.Meanwhile,the performance indices are calculated through macro tests or experts’empirical models,based on which the performance degradation and off-limits are automatically detected.Finally,the alarm information is sent out according to detection results of states and performance.In addition,the relevance of states is effectively guaranteed by data association and data synchronization,thus providing a support for fault diagnosis.The intelligent inspection system based on the approach has been successfully applied in Gezhouba Hydropower Station.
