Abstract: An analysis is made of the dispatching operation business security mistake prevention management specification requirements and the current mainstream development mode of security anti-false application.It is proposed that the relevant anti-error safety application mode of anti-fault security check be called in different links of the procedures with the scheduling of switching operation procedures and the standard operation procedure（SOP）as the main line.And a detailed description of specific design and implementation is presented.The anti-error management of SOP is seamlessly blended with anti-false technology such as safety checking and calculation,realizing the anti-error safety of the whole procedure of dispatching operation business.
