Fault Line Selection IED Model for Digital Substation

  • 摘要: 结合数字化变电站的技术特点和发展趋势,针对故障选线技术在数字化变电站中的应用,建立了基于IEC 61850标准的故障选线智能电子设备(IED)模型。该模型将故障选线功能分解为IEC 61850定义的逻辑节点,对故障选线IED进行了应用信息和基本功能的标识和划分,构成了信息模型的基本框架。在此基础上研究了采样测量值到故障选线IED模型的传输和选线结果到后台管理系统的传输,解决了故障选线IED模型在数字化变电站的通信问题。

     

    Abstract: Considering the technical features and development trend of digital substation and application of fault line selection technology to digital substation,a model of intelligent electronic device(IED) for fault line selection based on IEC 61850 is established.The basic framework of the model includes two parts.The first part is that the fault line selection function is decomposed into logical node defined by IEC 61850.The second part is that the model identifies and classifies the application information and basic function of IED for fault line selection.Meanwhile,two key elements that affect the communication of the model are analyzed,including transmissions from sampled measurements to IED model for fault line selection,and the transmissions from the results of line selection to background management system.Based on this methodology,the communication of IED model for fault line selection in digital substation is implemented.
