Calculation Method for Circulating Current in Delta Winding of Transformer Based on Unbalanced Amounts

摘要: 对于星形/三角形(Y/△)接线变压器,若能求取三角绕组环流并补偿原方绕组电流,将提高涌流识别方法的准确性。三角绕组环流实质上是为了"抵消"原方绕组暂态不平衡量而自发产生的不平衡电流,以避免不平衡量传至另一侧系统。目前三角绕组环流计算方法尚在多方面不足。通过推导变压器回路方程得到了三角绕组环流与原方绕组不平衡量(零模电流、零模电压、中性点电压)之间的映射关系,提出了基于不平衡量的三角绕组环流计算方法。针对各侧漏感难以测量问题,根据不饱和时原方电流和环流相抵消的特点,提出了基于不饱和相电流区间识别的参数获取方法。以上方法仅需要测量原方绕组不平衡量,与接地方式无关,不要求系统电压平衡,适用性强,可靠性高。仿真和动模试验结果验证了方法的正确性和有效性。Abstract: For the Y/△ wiring transformer, if the circulating current of delta winding could be obtained to compensate the primary current, the accuracy of the inrush current identification method will be improved. The circulating current of delta winding is essentially an unbalanced current generated spontaneously to "offset" the transient unbalanced amounts of the primary winding. So the circulating current could prevent unbalanced amounts from being passed to the other side of the system. At present, the calculation method for the circulating current is still insufficient. The mapping relationship between circulating current and unbalanced amounts(zero-mode current, zero-mode voltage, and neutral point voltage) is obtained by deriving the transformer differential equation. A method for calculating the circulating current based on unbalanced amounts is proposed. To solve the problem that the leakage inductance of each side is difficult to measure, a parameter acquisition method based on the interval identification of unsaturated phase current is proposed according to the characteristic that the primary current is approximately equal to the circulating current when unsaturated. In the above calculation method for the circulating current, only the unbalanced amounts of the primary winding needs to be measured, and there is no requirement for the grounding mode and the system voltage. Simulation and dynamic tests verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
