  • 摘要: 为深入探究电力市场运营、市场成员决策、电网调度运行之间的交互影响,建设了电力市场联合实验推演能力,构建了电力市场全景实验平台总体功能框架,系统性阐述了“双碳”目标下电力市场实验推演面临的主要挑战。提出实验推演场景的智能构建技术、多类型市场成员竞价决策行为模拟技术。从电力市场出清模拟在高性能智能出清算法、多市场耦合运营模拟、长周期连续模拟任务调度等方向,着重分析了需要进一步突破的关键技术,提出了与电力市场运营模拟衔接的电网调度运行模拟技术以及市场运营大数据评估技术中的关键点。

     

    Abstract: To deeply explore the interaction among electricity market operation, market entity decision-making and power grid dispatching operation, the electricity market joint experiment inference ability is established. Also, the overall function framework of the full-scope experiment platform for electricity market is constructed, and the main challenges of electricity market experiment inference under the“carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality”goal are systematically expounded. The intelligent construction technology of experiment inference scenario and the simulation technology of bidding decision behavior for multi-type market members are proposed. The key technologies that need to be further broken through are emphatically analyzed from the perspectives of high-performance intelligent clearing algorithm, multi-market coupled operation simulation and long-period continuous simulation task scheduling for electricity market clearing simulation. The key points of the simulation technology for power grid dispatching operation connected with electricity market operation simulation and big data evaluation technology for market operation are put forward.
