Abstract:
The current research on medium-voltage distribution network morphology has not involved the flexible and controllable grid structure which can realize the power flow of the whole system. Therefore, a topology structure of mesh-type medium-voltage flexible interconnected distribution network with soft open point(SOP) as the core networking device is proposed, and its core features are analyzed and related research prospects such as planning and operation are carried out. Firstly, the typical architectures of traditional distribution network, flexible distribution network and honeycomb distribution network are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of these architectures are compared according to their networking devices and control modes. Secondly, the network morphology, control and protection strategy and transformation mode of the mesh-type distribution network are discussed. The rectangular mesh topology, hexagonal mesh topology and AC-DC hybrid mesh topology for different application scenarios are proposed, and the transformation mode of the transition from the traditional distribution network to the mesh-type distribution network is constructed. Then, the key features of the mesh topology are described, and the structural advantages of the mesh-type distribution network are summarized from the perspectives of load bearing capacity and distributed generator accommodation capacity. Finally, the research idea of planning and operation based on the new topology is summarized and prospected.
