A Business Process Management Platform for Electric Power Industry Based on BPMN2.0

  • 摘要: 设计并实现了面向服务架构的流程管理平台。通过分析电力系统各业务应用之间流程的集成、集约化管理和流程闭环管理的需求,提出了针对电力集团企业的分布式流程管理平台的总体架构,介绍了该平台的关键组件,包括流程设计器、流程客户端、流程引擎、流程管理控制台以及流程统计与分析等,以两级审批流程为例说明了基于该平台的流程交互过程。该平台支持BPMN2.0标准,提供面向各业务的流程集成及流程的集约化管理,支持流程的全生命周期管理。

     

    Abstract: A business process management(BPM) platform based on service architecture is designed.By analyzing the requirement of process integration and intensive management between different applications and process closed-loop management in electric power industry,an overall framework of distributed BPM platform is proposed for power enterprises.It includes the business process designer,process client application,process engine,management console and process statistic analysis,etc.The process intercourse is explained as an example of the two-level approval process.Based on BPMN2.0 standard,this platform provides business-oriented process integration and intensive management,fully supporting the life-cycle management of the business process.
