新疆电网风电基地110 kV人工短路试验及结果分析

摘要: 为了削弱对化石能源依赖的程度和发展新能源,中国新疆地区风电装机容量逐年攀升。与此同时,大规模风电并网对传统配电网带来的冲击日益显著,尤其是短路故障发生时对短路电流的影响,导致继电保护可靠性降低,电力系统失稳。此次新疆电网110 kV人工短路试验,不仅进行了详细试验方案的编制,还对短路电流的影响因素进行了探析以及基于PSASP潮流方式的计算值和试验值误差的分析。最后,得出现行电力系统不同类型的风机计算模型与电网实际情况的贴合程度和不同故障类型下的计算电流与实测电流的误差比,并且总结出计算值与实测值存在误差的影响因素。Abstract: In order to weaken the dependence on fossil energy and develop renewable energy sources, the installed capacity of wind power in Xinjiang in China has been increasing year by year. At the same time, the impact of large-scale wind power integration on the traditional distribution network is increasingly significant, especially the short-circuit current when the short-circuit fault occurs,which reduces the reliability of the relay protection and result in instability of the power system. The 110 kV artificial short-circuit test of Xinjiang Power Grid not only carries out the preparation of detailed test plan, but also analyzes the influencing factors of short-circuit current. The analysis of calculated value and test value error based on PSASP power flow mode is implemented. At last, the degree of fit between the different types of wind turbine calculation models of the current power system and the actual situation of the power grid. The error ratio between the calculated current and the measured current with different fault types are obtained, and the influencing factors of the calculated values and the measured values are summarized.
