Optimization Modeling and Solution of Tie Line Schedule in Central China Power Grid

  • 摘要: 华中电网联络线计划编制工作量大,计划调整复杂繁琐,同时现有的人工编制模式将无法满足后续的大电网网省协调计划。针对上述问题,根据华中电网的实际情况建立了电力交易与联络线的链表模型及跨区、跨省大电源与联络线的图论树模型,并以此为基础提出了以调整量最小为优化目标,以合同电量、电源出力、联络线传输功率为约束条件的计划编制优化模型,且采取广度优先搜索的遍历技术与循环迭代对模型进行求解。该模型完整描述了华中电网联络线计划所涉及的各类问题,实现了计划的自动编制与灵活调整。实际运行结果证明了所提出模型的正确性与有效性,模拟仿真结果表明该模型在联络线计划调整时,具有独特的技术优势。

     

    Abstract: The formulation of the tie line schedule in Central China power grid is a heavy workload and complex process,while the existing artificial establishment mode for large power system will not be able to accommodate the subsequent grid-provincial coordination plan.For this reason,a linked list model of electricity trade and tie line schedule and a tree cluster model of large trans-regional power source and tie line are proposed according to the actual situation of the Central China power grid.Based on the former model,a plan making optimization model is proposed with minimum adjustment as the optimization objective and the contract power quantity,power output and transmission power of tie line as constraints.The optimization model is solved with ergodic technique based breadth-first search and cyclic iteration.The model contains a complete description of various problems of the tie line schedule in the Central China power grid,realizing automatic formulation and flexible adjustment of the schedule.Actual operation results show that the proposed model is valid and effective,while simulation results exhibit the unique technical advantage of the model for tie line schedule adjustment.
