Improvement of Electrode Line Open Circuit Protection

  • 摘要: 单极故障后线路上出现的感应电压容易造成接地极开路保护误动,若处理不当会造成双极相继闭锁。针对这一情况,文中从控制和保护2个方面提出了改进方案:控制方面采取新的极隔离方法,尽量先分开线路隔离刀闸来避免引入感应电压;保护方面增加了电流判据,并且改进了出口方式,从而有效防止保护误动。上述解决方案的可行性和有效性在仿真系统上得到了验证。

     

    Abstract: Electrode line open circuit protection for blocked pole will mal-operate due to the induced voltage caused by the healthy pole line after single pole fault,and then block the healthy pole.To avoid thus situation,an improvement scheme is proposed from both control and protection aspects.In the control aspect,a new pole isolation method is adopted,the line switch is switched off as soon as possible to avoid induced voltage.In the protection aspect,a current criterion is added and consequences of protection operation is also suggested.The feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme is verified by real-time digital simulator(RTDS) based simulation tests.
