状态估计多指标综合评价方法

摘要: 对电力系统状态估计结果的评价是反映电网基础模型数据质量的重要手段。结合目前状态估计评价指标存在的问题,以影响状态估计准确性的因素为基础,提出了状态估计多指标综合评价方法。该方法多角度考虑了影响状态估计的因素,所提出的评价指标需要遵循辨识性和冗余性原则。文中以选择的四个典型性指标为例,应用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,并通过实际电网系统的案例,验证了多指标综合评价方法在状态估计结果精度评价上的有效性,能够反映出电网模型数据存在的问题。Abstract: The evaluation of state estimation results is an important strategy of reflecting the quality of the basic model and data of grid.According to the drawbacks of the present acceptance rate index of state estimation,a multi-index comprehensive evaluation method of state estimation is proposed.The various influencing factors of state estimation are considered,and identification and redundancy principles are followed.Then the four typical indexes are selected as examples,and their weights are determined using the analytical hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,an actual case of power grid shows that the multi-index evaluation method is efficient for accuracy evaluation of state estimation and detection of grid problem.
