Application of Joint Frequency Regulation Technology of Energy Storage and Thermal Power in China Southern Power Grid

  • 摘要: 为更好地指导储能联合火电调频工程的建设应用,推动中国南方区域辅助调频市场的发展,阐述了中国南方电网储能联合调频工程建设和运行情况,重点分析了储能系统调频效益及对电网系统稳定的影响,得出的主要结论是:储能系统对机组的轴系扭振模态、电力系统稳定器功能、一次调频等基本无影响,采用重复控制等谐振抑制技术后储能谐波含量能控制在1%以下。储能联合调频能显著提高机组综合调频性能指标和调频里程,增加调频里程补偿收益,经济效益可观。

     

    Abstract: To better guide the construction and application of joint frequency regulation project of energy storage and thermal power and to promote the development of the auxiliary frequency regulation market in South China, the construction and operation of joint frequency regulation project of China Southern Power Grid are introduced. The benefits from frequency regulation of energy storage system and its influences on power grid are especially analyzed, and the main conclusions include: the energy storage system basically has no influence on torsional vibration mode, power system stabilizer function and primary frequency regulation of the unit; the harmonic of energy storage ratio can be restrained less than 1% through resonance rejection technologies such as the repetitive control technology. Moreover, the performance index and mileage of comprehensive frequency regulation can be well improved, which remarkably increases the frequency regulation compensation revenue and economic benefits.
