Abstract: To improve the test efficiency and adapt to the change of the interface of outdoor installation protection devices,the construction method of assembly automatic test system is proposed.The overall design idea and core test procedure of assembly test system are introduced in detail.The test system adopts a hierarchical,standardized and modular architecture.The system transmits and loads the tested devices automatically by two-degree-of-freedom precision location and flexible connection.Test instances are generated by establishing common test templates and configuration files mapping.Correlation matching of device information is realized by keyword decomposition and similarity comparison.At last,the test system can realize fully automatic closed-loop testing of different outdoor installation protection devices.
