Abstract:
In order to meet the developing demand of the new generation of data center,and to better satisfy the need of the smart grid,the basic architecture of the data center in an electric power corporation based on cloud computation is proposed.Based on an analysis of the logical structure and function of the existing data center in the electric power corporation,a server virtualization method is given to improve resource utilization efficiency,to guarantee the availability and scalability of the data center in the electric power corporation.In addition,a cloud computing platform for data center in the electric power corporation is designed to provide an environment for storage management of massive data and computation concerning the operational system,the data mining system and the auxiliary decision support system in the smart grid.Finally,to realize smooth transition from the existing data center to a new one in the electric power corporation,a multi-phase migration strategy is proposed.
