A Distribution Network Intelligent Dispatching Mode and Its Key Techniques

  • 摘要: 分布式电源、微电网、储能装置、电动汽车充放电设施接入配电网运行改变了配电网能量平衡的模式,为了推进智能电网建设,在分析配电网及其调度控制特点的基础上给出了配电网智能调度目标和调度对象。为实现配电网的高效运行,提出基于配电网络、电源和负荷互动的多维多阶段递进式配电网智能调度模式,给出了配电网智能调度系统的功能结构。提出为实现配电网智能调度系统必须解决的关键技术,探索了配电网调度的发展趋势,给出了相关研究方向。

     

    Abstract: The energy balance mode in the distribution network is changed after the distributed generation,microgrid,energy storing device and charge-discharge device of electric vehicles are inserted in the grid.To promote the development of the smart grid,the objectives and devices for the intelligent dispatch of the distribution network are presented following an analysis of the characteristic of the distribution network and its dispatching and control.A multi-dimensional and multi-stage progressive intelligent dispatching mode for the distribution network based on the interaction between the network,power supply and loads are proposed to achieve the goal of efficient operation of the distribution network.And the functional structure of intelligent dispatching of the distribution network is provided.The key techniques to be solved are presented to complete the intelligent dispatching system of the distribution network.The developing tendency for the intelligent dispatching of the distribution network is explored and the research direction summed up.
