Comparison of Chinese and IEC Standards for Electric Vehicle AC Charging System

  • 摘要: 首先,比较了电动汽车交流充电系统中国方案与国际电工委员会(IEC)方案在物理接口、控制导引电路、连接确认电路、脉宽调制(PWM)占空比映射关系上的差异。然后,研究2种方案的技术分歧点,计算Case B连接方式中国方案与IEC type2方案公差叠加情况下物理接口的交叉耦合结果,分析可能带来的互操作性问题。最后,提出实现2种方案互操作性的标准修改建议以及中国交流充电系统国际标准化方案。

     

    Abstract: Firstly, the Chinese and IEC standards for electric vehicle AC charging system are compared in terms of mapping relationship of physical interface, control pilot circuit, proximity detection circuit, pulse width modulation(PWM) duty cycle.Secondly, the technical differences between the two schemes are studied, and the cross-coupling results of the physical interface between the Chinese scheme and the IEC type2 scheme in Case B connection mode under the condition of the tolerance stack are calculated. And the possible interoperability problems are analyzed. Finally, the standard modification suggestions of the interoperability between the two schemes and the international standardization scheme of Chinese AC charging system are put forward.
