Line and Segment On-line Location of Single-phase-to-earth Fault in the Ungrounded Neutral System

  • 摘要: 为缩小线路维护巡视范围、快速定位配电网故障线路,提出以图和树的结构表示和处理配电线路区段信息的方法。通过分析中性点不接地电网单相接地故障机理,给出了故障区段计算定位法和推理规则判定法,明确指出故障区段边线。实践结果表明,所提出的故障区段定位方法,可在线求解中性点不接地电网单相接地故障区段边线问题。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the maintenance scope and quickly locate the fault line of the distribution network,a method of representing and processing distribution line segment information by the structure of the tree and graph is put forward.By analyzing the mechanism of single-phase-to-earth fault in the ungrounded neutral system,the fault segment location method and the reasoning-rules determining method are given,with the fault segment lines explicitly pointed out.Numerical simulation results show that the proposed location method can solve the on-line fault segment location problem of single-phase-to-earth in the ungrounded neutral system.
