Research Status and Prospects of Modeling Methods for Power Loads with New Load Elements

  • 摘要: 面向“双碳”能源政策实施和新型电力系统发展需求,研究新型电力负荷模型与建模方法,能够为电力系统规划、稳定分析、调控与市场化运营提供关键支持。首先,回顾了国内外负荷模型和参数辨识方法研究历程;总结了新型配电网框架下可控负载、分布式发电系统、分布式储能系统和电动汽车等新型负荷元件模型,振荡型动态负荷模型和谐波负荷元件模型的研究进展。其次,对经典负荷建模方法进行了总结与归纳,分析了其优缺点,重点论述总体测辨法。最后,从负荷新特性建模、考虑到新技术影响的动态负荷模型、负荷聚合模型和在线建模方法等几个方面进行展望,为未来的负荷模型技术发展提供切实可行的技术路线。

     

    Abstract: In response to the implementation of the“carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality”energy policy and the development requirements of the new power system,the research on new electric power load models and modeling methods can provide critical support for power system planning,stability analysis,dispatching control,and marketization operation.Firstly,the research history of load models and parameter identification methods at home and abroad is reviewed,and the research progress of new load element models,including controllable loads,distributed generation systems,distributed energy storage systems,and electric vehicles,as well as oscillating dynamic load models and harmonic load element models under the new distribution network framework is summarized.Secondly,the classic load modeling methods are summarized,their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the measurement-based load modelling method is emphatically discussed.Finally,from the points of new load characteristic modeling,dynamic load model considering the impact of new technology,load aggregation model and online load modeling method,the prospects have been put forward,providing a practical technology roadmap for the technical development of future power load model.
