Scheme and Practice for Improving Engineering Implementation Efficiency of Smart Substation Automation System

  • 摘要: 分析了智能变电站工程实施效率提升的需求,在总结现状的基础上,研究并提出了提高工程实施效率的具体思路,包括站内基于完善的一、二次模型采用统一配置工具完成设备和应用配置;通过模型源端维护,简化通信对点;采用基于间隔变电站配置描述(SCD)模板文件的方式实现全站SCD的集成;标准化自动化设备;采用分环节解耦自动验证的方法完成通信对点;采用虚拟连接技术实现在主站对站内所有装置的远程调试。阐述了其关键技术。经过实际工程的实践检验,验证了所述思路的有效性。

     

    Abstract: The demand of improving the engineering implementation efficiency for smart substation automation system is analyzed.Based on the summary of engineering implementation current status,the thoughts of improving engineering implementation efficiency are given,including the configuration of devices and application functions based on the complete primary and secondary model using uniform configuration tool;simplifying communication point test by source end model maintenance;integrating the whole substation configuration description(SCD)based on bay SCD template file,standardizing automation system and devices,verifying communication point link by link,debugging local devices from control center by virtual link technique.The key technologies are elaborated.The engineering applications indicate the effectiveness of the proposed thoughts.
