An Analysis of Total Vector Error Limit to Phasor Measurement Unit

  • 摘要: 从相量测量单元(PMU)综合矢量误差(TVE)基本概念入手,分析了TVE的特点,将TVE指标与目前常用的幅值误差、相角误差指标进行了对比。结果表明:TVE与幅值误差、相角误差存在紧密关系,在对PMU静态精度的考查中,两者各有优缺点,建议根据PMU测试的结果和考查的重点选择合适的评价指标。另外,指出了PMU TVE测试的要点。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of total vector error(TVE) are analyzed by proceeding from its basic concept.The commonly used amplitude error index and phase error index are compared with the TVE index.The comparison results show that there exists a very intimate relationship between the TVE and the amplitude-phase errors,and the two of them each have their advantages and disadvantages in the static accuracy evaluation of the phasor measurement unit(PMU).So,it is recommended that appropriate evaluation indices be chosen according to the test results and the key contents in the test.The key points of PMU TVE testing are proposed.
