不确定语言环境下的充换电站优化选址模型及应用

摘要: 充换电站的优化选址是一个多属性决策问题,对于电动汽车的发展至关重要。将传统的交互式多准则决策方法扩展至不确定语言环境,提出了一种新的充换电站优化选址模型,在分析各指标相互影响关系的基础上,利用网络层次分析法得到各指标权重,并采用云模型与交互式多准则决策相结合的方法,对不确定语言信息进行转化并排序。最后,通过算例验证了该模型的实用性和有效性,为充换电站的优化选址提供了更加可靠的依据。Abstract: The site selection of charging stations,which is hugely important for the development of electric vehicles,is a multicriteria decision making problem.The extended interactive and multi-criteria decision making method in an uncertain linguistic environment is proposed for the charging station site selection.The analytical network process(ANP)method is adopted to measure the correlation of the indicators,and interactive and the multi-criteria decision making method combined with the cloud model is employed for transforming the linguistic information and the ranking value of each alternative is obtained.Finally,the proposed model and calculation method are verified using a case study.All endeavors are helpful to achieving the target as shown by the maneuverability and rationality of charging station site selection.
