Optimal Modeling of Fast Security Correction and Its Application to Multi-layer Power Grid in Market Environment

  • 摘要: 在电力市场环境下,为解决区域内输电线路潮流越限问题,充分协调多层级资源,提出了多层级一体化安全校正优化建模方法。该方法以消除区域内输电设备潮流越限为优化目标,建立机组出力、机组组合方案、省间交换功率和直流联络线输电计划4种校正方式一次调整的计算模型。通过设置机组组合筛选因子提高了机组组合计算效率。最后,采用区域级电网算例进行仿真验证。结果表明,所建模型可以消除输电设备潮流越限,并满足工程实际运行需要。

     

    Abstract: Under the conditions of electricity markets, in order to solve the problems of power flow over-limit of transmission lines within the region, and to fully coordinate the multi-layer resources, an optimal modeling method for multi-layer integrated security correction is proposed. In this method, taking the elimination of the power flow over-limit of transmission equipment in the region as the objective, a calculation model is established for one-time adjustment of four correction modes including power output of units, unit commitment scheme, inter-provincial exchanged power, and transmission plan of DC tie-lines. By setting unit commitment screening factors, the calculation efficiency of unit commitment is improved. Finally, a case of a regional-level power grid is adopted for simulation verification. The results show that the established model can eliminate the power flow over-limit of transmission equipment, and can meet the actual operation requirements of engineering.
