Discussion on Special Problem Solutions for Relay Protection in Microgrid

  • 摘要: 以太阳能、风能为代表的可再生能源并网发电对配电系统深层次的影响正在显现,为此,微电网的研究得到了国内外工程界和学术界的广泛关注。文中首先通过对微电网形成方式的分析,提出其内部短路电流由微电源提供的结论,据此提出微电网保护所面临的选择性差、灵敏度低以及因微电源易脱网而造成的特殊性问题。在归纳并分析基于本地信息和基于多地信息的微电网保护研究现状的基础上,对采用基于本地信息和多地信息解决微电网保护问题面临的关键技术、实现方案以及进一步的研发思路进行了探讨。

     

    Abstract: As the representative of renewable energy,wind/solar grid-connected generator has an emerging deep impact on the distribution system.The domestic and foreign engineering and academic circles pay considerable attention to the research of microgrid.A conclusion is first put forward that the internal short circuit current is provided by micro power supply through the analysis of the microgrid formation way.Then,the microgrid protection faces special problems are put forward too,which are poor selectivity,low sensitivity and easy taking off from the network caused by micro power.Based on the local information and multi-ground information,the microgrid protection research status is inducted and analyzed.The key technology,implementation scheme and further research ideas are discussed for solving the problems faced by microgrid protection.
