Abstract: Considering the complex coupling characteristics of multi-energy cooperative park（MECP） and solving the problem of ignoring the energy difference of different varieties for traditional energy efficiency assessment indicators, energy value based efficiency index of energy utilization for MECP is established to distinguish the differences of value for different kinds of energy. The proposed method combines the cost-sharing thermal economics approach with the existing energy coefficient method and introduces the parameters of energy value, which can be more efficient and precise to reflect the changes situation of high-quality energy. Moreover, the addition problem of different kinds of energy in MECP is solved, which provides more environmental protection and more scientific index guidance for MECP planning and operation.
