Reactive Power and Voltage Optimization of the District Grid with Distributed Generators

  • 摘要: 随着地区电网中分布式电源的增多,一些分布式电源出力的不确定性对无功电压优化的效果影响较大。通过分析太阳能光伏发电和风力发电的模糊特性,提出建立梯形模糊数表示分布式电源出力的地区电网无功电压优化模型。将目标函数和约束条件模糊化,并利用其隶属度函数形成模糊适应度函数,通过灵敏度计算选择最有效的控制设备参与遗传操作,并且采用单点交叉算子以适应浮点数和整数混合编码。实际地区电网数据仿真结果表明所用模型和算法切实可行。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing of distributed generators(DGs),the effect of reactive power and voltage optimization can be problematic due to the uncertainty of DGs outputs.Using fuzzy characteristics of photovoltaic generation and wind power generation,the model of reactive power and voltage optimization in a district grid is proposed.The output of DGs is expressed by trapezoidal fuzzy number in this model.The fuzzy fitness function is formed based on the membership function of the object function and constraints.The most sensitive control devices are selected to carry on genetic operators by sensitivity calculation.Single point crossover operator is used in the algorithms in order to adapt to the mixed encoding of floating point numbers and integers.Actual district grid data is used to simulate and the results show that the model and algorithm are feasible.
